Whether you require a custom or full manufacturer scheduled servicing, we only use Original Equipment quality parts and consumables. These are covered under warranty which normally lasts 12 months or 12000 miles (whichever comes first). Our servicing labour, parts and consumables will not invalidate your warranty with your dealership should you have one. What's more, we subscribe to the Snap-On Information System and liaise with specialists where necessary to ensure we are adhering to the most up-to-date technical information and industry best practices. 

Some examples of the type of servicing we provide are:

 

  • Basic service - oil and filter change with other fluid condition and level checks, tyre pressures, lights and brakes check.

  • Full service - As per Basic service with the addition of other filters where required.

  • Major service - As per Minor service but with the addition of a brake fluid flush.

  • Manufacturer scheduled servicing - adhering to set servicing regimes.

Where possible, we will reset the service indicator and update the vehicle's service book or online Digital Service Record in order to maintain an accurate record of maintenance. This will not only help you to keep a track of the history but will make selling the vehicle more attractive to a prospective buyer should you ever decide to sell your vehicle.

Where a service book is not provided, one can normally be provided by the dealership for a small fee. In any case, we provide a full invoice breakdown on completion of all work which will suffice to keep your vehicle warranty valid if applicable. 

Our parts and labour guarantee applies to all of our service work. This means that in the unlikely event that any re-work is required during the parts warranty period, no replacement parts or labour charge will apply*. We think this is only fair for situations that are no fault of the customer.

* In cases where the rework required isn't directly as a result of the part fitted or the associated labour, or is due to a previously undiagnosed fault, standard labour and part charges will apply.
